the picture of the guy looking through the gap in the fence, it it Nigel who runs the black country villa coaches??
sound bloke and the blackcountry coaches are real good fun with early starts and plenty of beer in pubs not too far from the opposition grounds!

No mate, I know he never makes kick off usually, yesterday being no exception when we were still in the bar and almost missed the penalty, but he normally is at least in the ground.
And being a member of The Marrakesh Express myself for many years, its always a top day out

I know Nige well, he's a top top bloke and like our own Dave W, despises Albion with a passion.
And yes, he runs a good coach, it's normally a good laugh, even if we've lost.

I count Nige as one of my closest friends and have known him a long time (probably not as long as Dave W has btw), probably about 24 years now. Our families have mixed extensively over the years and his lad and mine are good mates and more importantly are Villa daft. As I've passed on the ST this year, he picks my lad up and takes him to VP when I don't go.
I've had some of my best days following the Villa on that Coach and previously when the Black Country Bus was run by Craig Gutteridge. Even before that we have had some great away days together.
The Coach isn't the same as it used to be, as some of the old faces don't go anymore, but there is still a fair few that rarely miss a match that I have known for a long,, long time. As a testament to how good it is, some of the attendees come from Cheltenham and places in the South of Brum.
Long may it continue

Compared to the Ode Un I quite like the stripey bastards.

Did you manage to get him to give you £2 on Saturday? You never even asked me just thrust it into my hand (ooo-err)

Nige - top, top bloke. Always catch the coach from Stourbridge when going away. Bristol Rovers was a great day out and we did make the kick off! We had left at 10am for a 5:30pm kick off and only 90 minutes down the road but still an achievement!

is it definitely not him?

Definitely not him.

I met Nigel on Saturday. I don't know if it has been mentioned, but he doesn't like Albion much.
