Very good match, with Villa running out relatively easy winners. Carruthers, Gibson, Heard, Morley, Small, Cowans, Bremner and Hendrie all played. Hendrie being the pick of the bunch for me. Disappointing attendance.

Good game, I agree Hendrie stood out but obviously he's much younger than the rest of them. Is he now retired or still on the look out for a club to take him on?

good to hear, I thought he didn't like our club so did he have an old colleague playing for the old stars? Not that he needs an excuse to come and watch them.

Hendrie was struggling to get paid by his far eastern team, he wasn't sure if he was going back.

Yeah I saw him there, he'd brought his family too. His Mrs is nice.
