It would appear so (as long as you have a HD box).

You pays your money, you takes your choice.
This is the same argument that miserable people with season tickets use for saying the club should never offer any kind of discount to anyone else once they've sold a season ticket because it picks on the poor soul who bought the season ticket. What a load of old codswallop.
I've got SkyHD and I don't mind that they've doing a free weekend this weekend for others. They're giving other people a trial in the hope they'll sign up. So what? Next weekend I'll still be able to watch SkyHD while those who don't pay won't.

Thats proper pissed me off. I resubscribed to the full Sky Sports package at the start of the month so I was able to watch the England v Bulgaria match with the added bonus of the Villa v QPR game. If i knew our match was set to be free I wouldnt have bothered with the England game.

Fuck Sky!*
Apart from Sunday afternoon when I want to watch the game in the pub, for that period they can consider themselves unfucked.

Do you refuse to buy anything in a sale as it would be unfair on the people who had paid the full price?

Thanks [hopefully] for mentioning this What The Eck. It's a long time since I've watched a game on Sky at home.

You need to be careful about this as some people get uptight about being left "unfucked" even for short periods specially when it's a regular event!

Exactly what you paid for. What's the difference to you if it's free to air for one whole weekend? That said, you could try phoning them up and claiming back 2 days fees.

It doesn't apply if you have freeview, bah humbug!
