The Leicester City youtube machine keeps churning games out, heres a real stinker from Jan 1998 which i remember for just three things - stewards handing out chocolate bars to punters including me and my dad as we entered the North Stand (but i cant for the life of me remember what choccy it was exactly), Garry Parker playing a blinder against us once again, and Julian Joachim scoring a late late equalizer in front of the Holte whilst most of the ground was emptying out. Even Leicester's fans didnt seem too upset. Dreadful Villa performance though and Sir Brian wasnt to last too much longer. The same fixture a year later was almost a carbon copy with the exception that Ehiogu got the equalizer and didnt know how to celebrate his goal. I think i saw more of Leicester at Villa Park in those mid to late 90s than i did any other visiting team.

So why did we sell Parker when he had a good few years left in him?

The chocolate was a Yorkie (guess why). I remember stewards throwing them into the crowd, i remember the game not at all.
