Ozzjim by Central News Spring 2004 (or '05?) when JLo ''sweet boy'' Samuel was in the form of his life and being touted for an England call-up. Ozzjim was asked for his opinion on it. What a way to have your 15 seconds of fame ;)

When we had the protest march for the Everton match after Gregory quit it was a photo of me in the corner of the screen for the Midlands Today report of it.
-
Dave Woodhall on the Irish T.V. documentary " They Called Him God"...its not about Dave though, its about Paul McGrath. It's from 1998.
-
Are you the Dr um From Leamington drum shop???
-
I'm currently in Leamington Spa.
-
No I'm not. I'm the other one.
-

Boro v Villa in the 80's was live on TV on a Sunday. When Aspinall blazes one over the bar into the away end you can clearly see me almost reaching it with an outstretched arm but not quite getting there.
-
I was on the jingle Central played endlessly for the 2nd leg of the League Cup Semi vs Arsenal in 1996, celebrating one of our goals at Highbury like a loon.

Ignore the first bit with list of athletes then you can see me.
(Sasha's Grandad) standing behind the athletes (in front of TV buggy) at start of 5000m. Mo Farah waving to crowd. Didn't like to tell him they were cheering for me.

Havent seen it myself, but apparently when we scored against Blackburn in the Asia Trophy, the camera zoomed in on an overweight, balding, sun burnt Villa fan going mad in one of the new yellow training tops.......me!
-
I saw myself on the highlights of the Makita tournament at Wembley in 1990. I was in the backround and a bit blurry but it was definitely me.

I was there as well, we kipped in the car on a service station just outside London. I was'nt on the telly though.
-
SOTC & I were on tv when we played Arsenal away In August 2006 - first match at The Emirates.
Barry took a corner and we were sitting on the front row behind the corner flag. My mate rang me from her holidays in Majorca to say she just seen me on tele!
-
I've seen one of our lesser known members on the tele once or twice. Darren Green I think his name is.
-
Monday night football v Man Utd in the early 90s. I was quite clearly shown on Central News the following night calling Lee Sharpe a wanker when he scored his second of the night.Got a clip round the dumpling off my mom for that

Besides, I was also on Tv during the Hamburg game we went dressed as Santa and channel 5 foundfound us during the second half.
-
Im on the Villa dvd when we beat SHA at the sty (0-1 Phillips), after the game the camera pans into the crowd to an awful died bleach blond me looking thrilled.
-
I was -to my shame - clearly visible at the front of the lower trinity shouting st Jo Venglos after a terrible game against Man City.
Print-wise, when BFR signed up, I was working for my Dad delivering over Aston way, and heard about it on the radio, so I went to Villa Park, where they let us into the ground as Ron and Doug popped champagne corks in front of us.
In the photo of the back page of the Evening Mail that night, there I was looming behind Doug.
-
I am on TV that often i think i need to get an agent!

I've been on the tv (and the big screen) a few times in productions I was working on, the most notable of these probably playing the role of the eponymous 'teach' in the title sequence to the CBBC programme "Help! Teach is coming to stay" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JFycLNuNzjk). It takes a real skill to be able to look that uncool in silhouette.
My first non-work-related appearance was probably during the advert for one of the Birmingham Super Prixs, where there was a shot of me and 2 of my siblings in period costume going around the track in an old car the previous year, waving as we went and the voiceover mentioned "free rides". Bloody liar.
Since then, my brother and I have been on various WWE shows: celebrating John Cena's elimination at the 2004 Royal Rumble in Philadelphia was cool, mimicking Renee Dupree's dancing from side to side at RAW in Hershey the following evening was amusing, appearing on Kelly Kelly's Kiss Cam on RAW from Dallas the night after the 2007 Royal Rumble whilst wearing our cowboy hats and the fans in attendance chanted 'Brokeback Mountain' was probably the most amusing (a night also remembered for Ric Flair's emotional in-ring retirement) and last but not least from RAW at the NIA as "The Masterpiece" Chris Masters made his way to the ring and I held up an "I CAN BREAK THE MASTERLOCK" sign while my bro showed off his guns! 8)
But my proudest moment was WrestleMania 24 from the Citrus Bowl in Orlando, Florida as the camera scanned away from the ring towards the ramp immediately following the opening sequence to reveal me and my St George's Flag with the old Villa crest on it, front and centre. And TimVilla said it couldn't be done (http://www.heroesandvillains.info/forumv3/index.php?topic=16353.msg722927#msg722927)!

On a bit of a tangent, there's a restaurant on Drummond Street near Euston station called "Drummond Villa"
I saw it and, err, thought of you

I was filmed by the BBC for MotD2 a couple of seasons ago outside the Trinity Road stand selling H&V very loudly. It was to be shown as part of the 'introductory' sequence to the match. It got aired. Guess who recorded MotD instead and missed it?
-
DC5 and Pauline featured heavily in the Braga game, first stuffing their faces on a sandwich, then a huge yawn from DC5. In fact, all the Villa fans were shown with close ups, especially the young blonde girl with her family.
Also there was an addition to our celebrity list, Si King, the Hairy Biker celebrity chef, which is strange as Wiki has him down as a Newcastle fan.

I was on Top Gear....

There's a bloke who lives down my road who we recognised as being the barman in the Piglet Files. Mate looked him up on-line and he's basically been in every classic tv show since Quatermass in the 60's. Doctor Who, Inspector Morse, Last of the summer wine, you name it, he's been in it as well as films like The Omen. Last time i saw him he was standing in his front garden talking loudly on the phone in a camp voice about "resting at the moment dear". I wouldn't have minded but he was in his jim-jams. Not sure if he's a Villa fan but he really should be.

Strangley enough, that's exactly how I've envisaged you, Gregory. Barking.
