I have renewed for 2011-12 but the Walsall fixture does not appear to be available to book on-line.

Not listed on the e-ticketing section when I log in with my details, either.

I can't see it either, I guess you'll need to call the ticket office. Maybe it's not covered by our agreement with eTicketing.
-
Ticket office is now closed. It clearly states that you can purchase on-line. Not very impressed.

SOTC works in the City centre so bought our tickets today from the villa shop in New Street.
Don't like paying a booking fee unless we really have no alternative.
-
Neither do I. £2 is taking the proverbial but I have no choice due to work commitments. I'd just like to be able to purchase one.

Tickets not on sale until tomorrow 5th July

Tickets not on sale until tomorrow 5th July
They were on sale today to all 2011-12 ST holders. Or supposed to be.
-
Still nothing today so I've purchased via telephone and asked them to look into why the on-line option is not available.

Your email has been passed on to me with regard to your attempts to purchase Walsall tickets online.
Unfortunately, until the Season Renewals process is complete (and such is the way that the system works) we are unable to go on sale for online purchases until we drop to General Sale level for our upcoming friendlies.
Once the July 14th deadline has passed, Season Card Holders for the 2011/12 season will be able to purchase online on a priority basis as would be expected. With regards to the friendlies, information is now available to view on our Online Ticket Office site.
I apologise for the initial inconvenience but expect things to return to normal shortly.
