Thought I would start the begging early.
Have moved to Brighton so I don't have a season ticket (actualy to change the topic are there any ST holders that live in Sussex that commute on match days?), wondered if there is anyone unable to make it to the game that has access to a ticket or two (away scheme, ref.). Would be greatly appreciated.
Usually a 4k allocation with 2k in the neurtal end, in my opinion the best away day in the premier leaue.
Thanks - Your resident scrounger

You will be able to get tickets for the neutral area next to the Villa fans direct from Fulham's website. Should be available in 2-3 weeks, I assume.

Its shit though. There's loads of families in there and if you utter a swearword, fully expect to be grassed up to the stewards. Try and get in the away section.

When will tickets likely go on sale? Nothing yet on OS.

Neutral End general sale 19th July.
-
Fulham have already put theirs on sale to ST holders so ours should'nt be too far behind, and it looks like it's £35 in the away end.

1,700? That can't be right.
-
1,700? That can't be right.
Initial allocation I believe, we will then request more tickets once it looks like those are going to sell out. I remember the allocation being near 4,000, been about 5 times to Fulham but not for the past 2 seasons so not sure if something has changed.

Tickets in Neutral End on sale now at Fulham F.C.
-
i got mine. neutral end. choose your individual seat. mine is 3 seats up from the villa faithful!
-
I've got a ST ref available for this if anyone needs a ticket, I'll be there.
PM me if so.

Not my experience if you get in quick + get next to villa away...
speaking of which ;) i just posted this in the london villans section:
I grabbed a couple of extra spare Tickets, the 'neutral' (read villa) block right next to the away section. £35 each sold as a pair, if you want to give us a quid per ticket that shares the £5 booking fee too, with my dad & me.
Usually it is just an aisle that seperates so it feels like away, but this year i spotted the first seat is not for sale, so maybe they will tape up one column of seats.
Um i think PM ing will work, some of you guys have my number already.
Also one day there will be some footage of your Villa shirts in use in Uganda. again apologies for rubbishness around this...
Cheers
Jim

Picked up 3 tickets this afternoon. The lady at the counter said that they have about 100 left and expect to sell out if not today than tomorrow.
-
Any advice on travel from S Wales along M4 ? Where is it worth parking or easy enough to to get tube ?
Cheers in advance
-
Tickets sold out according to OS. Surely they'll look for a further allocation? Although that might be difficult considering I was able to get tickets in the neutral section very close to the away section.....
-
I went in the netural section a few years ago, pretty easy to get tickets and was full of Villa fans.
-
Just got a ticket for the neutral end, next to the away fans, i think!

Just to say I'm now offline until end of 31st but I still have the pair available, I won't get PMs till then unless you send it in next few mins, but the tix are currently free. Good luck all. Jim
-
just got 2 tickets in the neutral end P4 next to the away fans! cant wait now
-
OS said originally that it was 1700 allocation but it now says 2950 sold out ??
-
Aaaah they've sold out!! Will there be anymore? Where in the neutral end do I want to go? Help!
-
Well I just thought sod it and bought 3 tickets in the neutral end P4 right by the Villa fans I think, see you there and I'll try not to swear!
-
Chose the furthest left seat in block P4, seat 92, so i think that's next to the away end.
-
Got two tickets in P4 row PP right next to our fans on Friday thank god. I don't have a season card so had to wait until 27th to buy tickets and was gutted when they all sold out.

Don't mind you swearing. Just don't stand. I got young kids with me.
-
Good non-swearing chants?
He's here he's there we're not allowed to swear, Collins Collins
-
Whats it like in the neutral end? Same tier isn't it, right next to the away support? Is the atmosphere etc. just as good as away?
-
There's absolutely no segregation between the away fans and the neutral section (well, there wasn't last time i was there anyway). Was surrounded by villa in there last time, reckon it'll be the same this time.
-
Neutral End almost sold out now. Only 100 or so left today, P4 all gone.
-
I've never been in the neutral end so I'm just going to see what it's like and try to alter my behaviour accordingly. I love to stand and shout but I don't really need football as a release like some do so not particularily agressive at Villa agmes! I think if there's families around I'll try and be nice and respectful, if it's just Villa fans and random blokes I'll do the usual away ground routine of standing up and singing the whole game.
-
It's Villa fans and random blokes/families/scandinavians/japanese/assorted fans (with cameras) from all over the place.
Basically, it's the most relaxed awayday of the season! If you can mix that with a few of the many decent pubs in West London, it's a well happy day!
-
The neutral end is not a place to stand.
-
Am looking for 2 spare tickets anywhere in away/Neutral end if possible.... PM me if you have any....

Possibly may be able to help dependant on further developments in London. Sky News just reported that the Met has ordered all London clubs to postpone forthcoming matches .
As for getting the £130 for 2 train tickets back, i presume i have no chance ?

I was just asking about this, the regular train user I was speaking to reckons you are unlikely to get a refund. If thats the case I'll go to London anyway for a day out.

I can certainly think of safer places to be rather than spend a whole day there !

I doubt they will cancel our game - Fulham is classed as a fairly posh area, so there will be minimal rioting there.
-
Ealing is a posh area as well.

However what happens if the locals are served their Hendricks with lime instead of cucumber because the supplies are not coming over from Spitalfields market and raise an eyebrow in disgust?

Have you ever been to the Eight Bells by Putney Bridge on a matchday?

There was cars torched last night in Fulham Broadway

Very quiet in London last night, eerily so. Had a look around Brixton and Clapham around 10pm, a few police around and some locals but nothing untoward. Infact there was a Jazz band playing outside in Windrush Square by the Ritzy at about 11pm. And they were called Unified Vibrations.
I wouldn't be surprised if the games were called off to be honest. If they are then the players should properly come out and say that they won't play until all the kids are behaving themselves again.

Yes the kids that I doubt ever go to matches, to afford a match you have to have a job which these don't have. Punish more innocent people.
-
After speaking to a friend who is an inspector in the Met, they have heard it all rests on violence tonight. If it stays quiet, they will be on. Any violence near the area of the specific game, it will be off.

As posted elsewhere, to make things worse for us, the underground is closed for planned works between Paddington and Earls court. So with a further couple of changes and more time needed, arriving at Paddington at 11.33, we won't make game if kick off brought forward pre 13.00
-
It's a bit arse about face but if you take the Bakerloo to Waterloo you can get the overground to Putney, might be quicker than whichever tube lines are left open!

Have you heard that the ko may be brought forward or are you just speculating?
-

Have fun everyone - wish I could go to this. :'(
Wonder if any pubs in Cornwall will have dodgy TV access to the game *clutches at straws*

Anybody going by train from Birmingham. if so, what are the best walk up fares for tomorrow?

May have a spare ticket. Mates dropped out it seems although ticket is probably for neutral end. Basically there are a few of us in away end and a mate in the neutral end, mate in away end is looking like he has dropped out so mate in neutral end will have that ticket leaving a spare in neutral.... complex.
Will be able to confirm in a few hours anyway.
-
I have a spare too. PM me, I'm in London and will have ticket all day. Call me before you leave to make sure 07793547496.

London Midland have a sale on if you book on-line and collect at the station so a day return to Euston on their trains is £13 but you'd best be quick about it and still be awake as apparently they aren't available to collect until two hours after booking.

Yeah I got a spare in Villa end, send me a pm on here if interested.
-
After a last min spare ticket. London based, can pick up anytime before the game.
