Weirdly there is no link to footage or to pictures of this anywhere I have looked. But it was the look of confusion on his face when the interviewer pointed out it was upside down and he glanced down at his arm in confusion as to him, it looked correct.

If I remember rightly it was two brothers who live pretty much across the road from the Sty, and the one was showing off the tattoo. Possibly while the theme tune to Deliverance played in the background.
