Putting the issue of Ashley aside, that bloke is a shit, shit manager and it's a mystery that he was given charge of a Premier club like Newcastle's. His opinion is neither here nor there.
I'll be amazed if they let him get his amateurish hands on the proceeds from Carroll.

Not just Dunne, Barton got spanked all over the pitch. Like the school bully without his mates to make up the numbers, he really is nothing more than a cry baby. Hard man, my arse.

I am not denying that Ash goes down easy. But he does get kicked pillar to post most games. He is a class above most defenders, and fouling is a way to stop him. He also tends to go at defenders more than some attackers, and does not shy away from contact. If people stopped fouling him, he would not be the most fouled player. Sounds to me like pardpoos game tactic failed badly.

I've stated before that I've no problems with players diving - unless its against us - but just need a bit of sense from managers. Pulis banging on about it in the week yet was silent when pennant dived before their winning goal at Stoke. As for yesterday, well yes Young does dive, but it was a clear foul. when a player is tricky and quick then the slightest touch can knock you off your stride and to go down is the only way to get the free-kick.

Totally agree and I dont know what happened behind the scenes but I think Chris Hughton did a great job and was unfairly treated

Ash does go down like a five quid whore, no one can deny, but this doesn't seem to be a problem with the rest of the cheap sluts in the premiership. I think Pardew was trying to back the man he made skipper for the day, as any manager will. Post match interviews are always liberally spread with bullsh*t, here endeth the sermon.

I must admit he seems so upset about our players being fouled maybe he should concentrate on his own players especially a certain Joey Barton before speaking out about our players.

Young is the most fouled player. I suppose Pardew is correct in that. But it's down to the way he plays, running at people and drawing the fouls.
And yes, he does fall over too easily.

Somebody has to be the most fouled player I suppose. Ash has a rep so gets probably half what he should get.
I've no doubt he goes down like a tuppeny whore at times but his legs are also about as wide as an atom and he weighs about the same as Karen Carpenter two weeks after she died so its no suprise he goes flying about like a stuntman on wires. Anything hitting him is bound to be twice his mass at least. It's just physics.
But let's not deflect the issue here. Alan Pardew is a sickly bell end.
