Parker would get my vote.
Almost single handed in trying to keep West Ham's heads above water, he's on fire this season.
If he was in our midfield, we'd be challenging top 6.
-
Guess who Sky are rambling on about constantly in relation to this
-
No Stephen Ireland? It's a fix.
-
Charlie Adam ? that's a sick joke surely ?? had a good season but..
Vidic or Parker and young player is Joe Hart (keepers never win it) for me.
UTV
The Doc
-
If Coleman is in there, so should albrighton and Clark. No particular standouts from that list.
-
Nasri and Nani for me based on the options, however I'd have it the other way round with Nani winning the main thing and Nasri the young player.
Is this for premier league matches only? In which case I'm not sure Bale should qualify as his biggest games have generally been in Europe in my opinion.
In summary, shows how crap our league has become.
-
Parker and Coleman
I couldn't care less about the rest.
-
I think Van Der Vaart will get it.
-
Nasri and Bale for me.
-
Tevez and Bale.
-
Seeing as they gave it to Ryan Giggs the other year I'm suprised they didn't nominate Bobby Charlton and Billy Meredith.
-
I'd go Bale and Wilshire (sorry).
Player of the Year seems a funny one to me - VDV, Nasri and Tevez all seem to have faded a bit since the turn of the year. Adam's been good, but not that good. Vidic? Bit surprised to see him in there.
-
All the voting's done in January isn't it? So it's probably a combination of Bale and Bale.
-
How old is Nani? I had him down for 24-25.

Mine's 72.
-
She looks good for it though Fletch
-
And is still maleable.
-
Milner won young player of the year last year and he wasn't exactly a youngster just starting out in the game.
Sorry to say it folks but I'd vote Bale for both with honourable mentions to Parker and Wilshere.
-
If Adam wins, even Man City won't be able to afford him.
Reckon Bale will get it, purely for the couple of performances he put in earlier in the season that grabbed all the headlines. Hasn't done much since, other than mince around the place looking like Alex Kidd off the Sega Master System.

my vote goes for Parker and Wilshire
Parker because hes been so consistent over the season and Wilshire because he looks so comfortable on the ball and playing for England didnt seem to daunt him.
Bale would have got my vote if he had played more games maybe
-
I think Van Der Vaart will get it.
Would be surprised, few Spurs fans I know say he's been shite lately.
-
Gareth Bale most overated, overhyped player in the prem.
Young player of the year should be Hart for me.
Player of the year should be Tevez.
-
I think Van Der Vaart will get it.
Would be surprised, few Spurs fans I know say he's been shite lately.
and always seems to be injured. His best game was against us at WHL
-
I think Vidic for the Player of the Year. If United end up winning the league, which it looks like they will, with possibly their worst team in the last 20 years, it will be down to having a solid defence, which Vidic is central to. It's been a poor enough season in terms of the quality of the teams at the top, no stand out performers so it probably is appropriate for a defender to get it.
Young player will probably be Bale. I do agree that he is somewhat overhyped. There seems to be a lot of games where he has done next to nothing. Teams have learned to double up on him and he doesnt seem to have an answer for it yet.
-
Bale hasn't done much for the past few months. I'd give it Parker, even when West Ham were playing crap he was outstanding and the fact is if they didn't have him they would go down but i think they'll stay up. His team talk at Albion has changed their season aswell. I'd give the young player to Wilshere.
Surprised van der Sar wasn't on the list, he's been Man Utd's best player this season.
-
VDV will get the media vote so he will be a shoe in for it.
-
Hart was far better for Small Heath last season, bang in form, should've been the 'keeper for the world cup but, as usual, we missed the boat.
Wilshere for me. Astounding. In fact why he hasn't been knighted yet is a disgrace. Oh, and Vidic, if only for the spectacular fouls.
-
Vidic, Fecking Vidic. Dirty cheating bastard. Don't want him to win for one minute.
Nani is 24 so how come he is in the "young player of the year"
That young striker Manure have seems to have done well and found the net a few times.
Bale - Had a handful of good games and the media frenzy started. Nope not done it all season.
Tevez has been scoring for fun so I would opt for him or Parker and Wilshire for the young un.
-
Bale or Wilshire, nothing outside of the M25 will get a whiff
I'd vote for Giggs
-
Very suprised and a bit gutted not to see super marc up there; then again, now we are no longer a top 6 team we're unlikely to get much attention from the PFA.
-
Hope Scott Parker gets it. A great player who rarely has a bad game and would be an asset to any club.

So how come Sheamie Coleman got in?

Agreed
-
Scott Parker FWA Player of the Year. Erm, am I missing something here? Admittedly I pay very little attention to any non Villa football these days but seriously, Scott Parker the outstanding player of the season? Scott Parker?
-
Not that it means much but Terry Venables picked Kyle Walker in his team of the year in the Current Bun today!
