I think it is because the FA Cup Final is being played on the saturday and therefore every other game has to be moved, either to saturday lunchtime or sunday.

And why is the cup final being played during the season - because UEFA state that there must not be any match played on the pitch for so many days (don't know exact figure) before the Chumps Final which is at Wembley this year.  So UEFA say "jump" and we all say "how high?"!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't see what all the fuss is about in moving The Cup Final. It's only for one year. The FA have got a major pay day coming for The Champions League final, so you can't blame them for pandereing to UEFA's wishes.

Why have the club only took the 1400 allocation to start with? Our last away game of the season and we may very well need a result to stay up, and the 3000 always goes quick for Arsenal. Strange one.

Guess they're shitting it in case ,as its now been moved, we won't sell out and they'll be left to pay up for empty seats.

We always sell 3000 at Arsenal though, and with this being our last away game of the season and us probably needing a result it's a baffling decision by the club. I expect the 1400 to go very quickly anyway and hopefully we take the remainer of tickets then, we need all the support we can get.

I sometimes wonder who exactly makes the decision on our allocation for away games. Is it Nicky Keye on her own, or a collective decision involving other people at the club. I know they often sort individuals out, going the extra mile for people, but I often think they're way out of touch with the mood/desire to attend of the regular away support. We'd sell 3000 for this even if we were in mid table mediocrity (I wish!). As it is, it could be shit or bust, in which case 3000 wouldn't be any where near enough, ( I know we won't get any more than that, regardless of our situation).
