Let's hope that he makes a full recovery. A great Midfielder in his day and quite a nice fella too.

Get well soon. Not so sure about his management abilities, but I always thought he was a great player (of the committed, old-fashioned variety) in his day. He compares very favourably with the current generation turning out for England.

Nice touch from Real Madrid and Lyon players after the match tonight. (Wearing T-shirts in support of Abidal).
