Title: 3% Villa - FIFA Investigate Match Fixing

FIFA are investigating the awarding of penalties in two international games from last month where a total of seven penalties were awarded. Latvia v Bolivia and Estonia v Bulgaria.

The four penalty incidents from the Estonia v Bulgaria game, which featured Stilyan Petrov, are shown here:

I reckon this type of thing goes on more than is reported.
