Who do you want to play against next season ?
I'd like Forest myself.
Alongside QPR and Norwich.
-
Norwich, QPR, and, erm, no problem with Forest but lets have someone else up. Doncaster? Swansea? Watford?
-
If it's still the same at Forest then their burgers are nice.
-
My old man liked Forest when I was a kid, and they had some really top teams in the 80's. They should be a PL club. Norwich is a nice away ground, and Watford because of Sir Graham.
-
I went with a Geordie mate to a Forest v Newcastle match during the miners strike and they were singing 'There's only one Maggie Thatcher' so for that reason I hope they stay down.
-
Anyone barring Leeds, Swansea and Cardiff. Not out of any anti-Welsh feeling for the latter two, but completely out of anti-Dirty Leeds feeling for the first.
-
Forest and QPR,the main reason is that they were good teams when i was young. Also have good memories of being at the City Ground when our Lord majestically climbed up to head in the winner all those years ago.
-
Forest for me should be up in the premier, i ain't fussed about anyone else but Forest are a decent team with a good history and the City Ground is relatively close.
-
Fozza, always liked em.
Norwich would be good for a p1ss up in Yarmouth afterwards.
-
QPR, Leicester and Barnsley
However think it will be:
QPR Norwich and Cardiff
-
Forest, I was at the game as a nipper when McGath rose like a salmon, can't remember a single thing about it but do remember on the way my dad was hosting a quiz on the coach and I kept telling the couple in front of me the wrong answers, happy days
-
I would like Swansea and if not then Notts Forest why Swansea because it's a place i have never been to.
-
I've been a season ticket holder for 10 years and never seen us play Forest, so would like them to come up.
Otherwise I like Hull, as they always lose to us and anyone other than Leeds for the other promotion spot.
-
Norwich and Ipswich as they are near to home, a couple of away days to add to the London away days.
UTV
The Doc
-
Nottingham Forest. Would you like the poll amended so 3 teams can be selected?
-
FOrest, and Leicester- let's get the midlands teams up!
-
Watford - my brother inexplicably started supporting them when he was 8 and has done ever since. I like the way they're defying expectation to reach the playoff places.
Wouldn't mind Forest, Leicester either. Or QPR - seems a long time away for them.
-
QPR & Forest
and Leicester via the play offs
3 easy games to get to
-
Nottingham Forest. Would you like the poll amended so 3 teams can be selected?
Good idea!
-
I'm not being miserable but I don't want any of that lot to come up!
-
Cthulhu
-
Cardiff, Swansea and Millwall. Three new grounds for Villa, and all well behaved, welcoming fans too!!
-
That new Cardiff ground is a dump. I went to Wales v Bulgaria and it's the most soulless place I've ever been to.
Leicester (still bitter about their saddo fans in 1994/5) and Millwall can stay where they are too.
Norwich, Forest and Swansea would be nice.

What,
even more soulless than Stamford Bridge? who'd have thought
-
This is a difficult question.
last year I thought it would be great if Blackpool went up and when they actually did I thought, how refreshing.
A unfashionable club in the premiershipwith a character of a manager who speaks his mind.
I can't wait to see the back of them and him now.
So my answer is...I don't care.
-
Forest, Leicester and Watford. Don't want QPR getting promoted under Colin, especially after his bitterness towards us when he was at palace.
Swansea and Cardiff shouldn't even be in the english leagues, send em off to the league of wales where they belong, and keep Millwall and leeds down too.
-
Forest again for me,
MK Dons to come up to Championship also
-
Poll amended for 3 options. Unfortunately, if you've already voted you can't have an extra 2. All I can do is reset the poll so everyone can re-vote. I'll wait for a PM from the original poster before I do anything.
-
Anyone but Millwall,Cardiff.Swansea and Leeds
-
Didn't we have this poll a few weeks back?
Norwich cos Delia is ace and they had a very entertaining side when I was a young lad. And Paul Lambert has done a fantastic job there. Would like to see Forest back up, great old club, traditional stadium and Swansea maybe, would be good to see Luke Moore back at Villa Park.
-
QPR,Swansea and Forest for me. Dont want Leeds or Cardiff coming up thats for sure!
-
Nottingham Forest. Would you like the poll amended so 3 teams can be selected?
Yes please Leg...........
-
forest, jump on the tram at notts trent uni to the station and then a short walk to meadow lane, have a drink, then across the river to the city ground. perfect.
would say leicester and derby for proximity but having done both in the past four or five years it'd be nice to get to some new grounds. so norwich and ipswich; the former very easy on the train from nottingham and the latter, doable.
oh and sheffield wednesday.
-
Watford
Reading
Millwall
Easy away games for me!
-
Forest and Watford.
Not fussed about the rest. Don't like QPR - for some reason I think they're a bogey team for us.
-
Forest first choice for me. I went to my first ever top flight football game in 1966 (a good year for football IIRC :))and it was at Forest so supported them through school years. Norwich is my second choice - during said school years I lived in Norfolk so went to watch the Canaries quite often. Nice club and the food should be good. Third choice toss up between Swansea and QPR, and probably favouring Swansea as it's another ground to cross off the 'not been there yet' list
-
Forest and Watford.

They are I think.
I went to Loftus Road a while ago and I'm sure they beat us.
-
ABL - Anyone But Leeds.
-
I'm worried about QPR. Are they not the 2nd richest club in the world? Could it be that they will do a Man City and storm past us if they come up? Do we need another London team in the Prem for the media to drool over?
Forest, Norwich and any other ENGLISH team. (Leeds and QPR apart).
Edit: I believe the English league should contain only English clubs as Wales, Scotland etc have there own leagues.
-

I notice with disappointment that Cthulhu has not been added.
-
Any team but LEEDS!
MOst likely will be QPR, with Forest and Watford as my outside bet in the playoffs.
-
easy...
QPR... gotta love the ground...and they had best shirt ever "GUINNESS"
swansea and notts forest
-
I hate Leicester. Forest, Norwich and Cardiff. Wouldn't mind Watford either.

The League's founder, one Mr William McGregor, didn't want it called the "English" League* as he envisioned Scottish, Welsh and Irish sides taking part. True to this dream the Welsh sides entered.
It's not Cardiff and Swansea's fault some idiot decided to invent a Welsh League, more than a century later.
* he didn't want the word 'League' either but that's not particularly relevant.

I don't get it.
-
Urgh, could only choose two (Reading and Forest)... don't want scummy Leeds and Millwall fans anywhere near Villa Park next season. If I had to pick a third team, meh... go with Cardiff. One Welsh team in the league would be different.
Would like Forest to get promoted and stay in the top-flight for a while, we could create a proper and worthy rivalry with them. I'd love Forest to be our main derby match.
-
Watford, as it would probably have meant that Andy Weimann had gone on a scoring bender!!
-
Do Watford still play horrible anti-football though? If so they are the sort of team that would beat us, like Sturk.
-
QPR? Be careful what you wish for. They are a cheap imitation of Chelsea. Their away tickets will be the most expensive in the premier league. Also, Neil Warnock's face will be on television almost permanently. Sort of like Holloway but angrier

Fair enough, but I don't want Cardiff or Swansea up in any case. Cardiff are the Millwall of Wales and I'd prefer several other clubs over Swansea. I don't want Welsh clubs in the league as much as I don't want Rangers or Celtic to ever join.
-
Nottingham is full of good pubs selling great beer. Shepherd's Bush is full of twats who work for the BBC
-
I went for Forest, Watford & Reading
My Girlfriends family are Forest fans..Could be interesting
-
Poll reset by request so you can now select your preferred three. I went for Forest, Reading and Watford.

I'm not keen on Reading - one of their fans sat behind me in the Upper Trinity when we played them a few seasons ago - it was the 1st game of the season, their 1st game in the Prem.
He was a very obnoxious old arsehole - tapping me on the shoulder to sit down all the time - he was about 70 mind !!
-
Definately Forest for me as well.
-
Forest, Norwich and Swansea.
It would be great to see Forest back. There fans had it tough after there success, my mates a Norwich fan and Swansea?
-
I've voted for Forest, Watford and Norwich, keep the likes of Leeds and Millwall down where they belong.
-
Let's have Millwall up. I haven't done an away at the New Den
-
I'm scared just thinking about it. Nice, cuddly Forest please.
-
Forest, Norwich and Leicester in that order.
Part of me would like Leeds back, but I don't really want Ken Bates to get the oxygen of publicity that bring back in the PL would give him.
-
Forest, Swansea & Reading for me.
Forest for the tradition, I suppose. Swansea because Mumbles is really lovely and Reading because they gave me a job (as a steward) when I was a poor student.
-
Forest. It'll be last year in Nottingham (providing I pass) and it'd be nice to see Villa play there.
-
Forest, Swansea and Watford please.
In reality I expect the Swans and Watford to come up with QPR.
-
QPR, Norwich & Reading purely on the basis they are all good away trips
-
Forest, Cardiff and Reading.
