I was quite surprised Gabby does not make the top 10, but what really surprised me was Gerrard being faster than Gabby! I think the whole data about the premiership players would be an interesting read, as to compare real measures across general observations for other footballers. Does anyone know where to find the full stats? I could only find on the web that this was a survey done by Castrol, but nothing more. Or is there any public opta stats for players'speed?

These days Sol Campbell is about as fast as a tectonic plate.

Which is still faster than Gareth Barry.

I think Gabby's lost a bit of his raw pace since bulking up so much.

My question was not are there real stats on that page, but more like has anybody else done a complete stats on premiership players speed? Like Opta or someone else.
