Right I'm designing something a need a little help! Which image represents our European Cup win the best? Please post image and reasons why.
Cheers in advance!

the goal from Peter withe :) it is that special goal.

The pic with Dennis Mortimer holding aloft the European Cup after the match immediately springs to mind. Either when he initially receives it, with the officials looking on, or as he is coming down the stairs with it. They're pretty much perfect! For me they seem to sum up the sense and scale of the achievement.

I haven't got a link but for me it's the classic Bob Thomas photo of Dennis holding the trophy aloft whilst looking off to the right. Probably the finest sporting image of all time.
-
How about when they return home on the plane and Dennis Mortimer is hanging out of the planes cockpit?
-
I would also have to say Dennis Mortimer when he receives the cup still fills me with immense pride.

Considering the events of recent days, maybe the presentation of the cup with the suits and officials looking on isnt best.
How about the cup back home, with the manager the captain and the fans ?

Are the we only club whose photos in the immediate aftermath of a European Cup consist of half of our players wearing the opposition's shirt? Bit of a pisser.
