May the birthday Gods shower your net-bulging boots with fairy dust, or something. Happy Birthday Barry, now make it one to remember.

He's in today's paper up here. He's looking forward to playing tonight and getting to play against Ferguson (!) and Hleb (Injured). He says he's expecting to get some stick from the crowd but it doesn't seem to phase him.

Also mentions watching El Classico on Monday and saying how it was a great compliment to liken him to Xavi and Iniesta but he admits he's not in the same league ability wise.

many happy returns to the wee man. now go out there tonight and show that not all scottish midfielders have to resort to kicking lumps out of people like that horrible c#nt ferguson.

Also mentions watching El Classico on Monday
You couldn't get two more contrasting games really one with its vibrant colour, carnival atmosphere and breathtaking football followed by the dog shit ground, the sound of barking alsatians and stephen carr snarling at the away fans.

If Barry beats two tackles and unleashes a 30 yarder to win this its all our birthdays!
