From official sources:
There is no danger of the game being called off. They have undersoil heating, a JCB on standby to clear the car parks and all roads near the ground are alweays priority to be gritted and cleared by the council anyway. There will be no buses laid on to or from the game except for supporters club coaches and leaving the ground will be the same procedure as usual there.

Kept in for half an hour, bricked and then chased all the way to Digbeth?
-
Thanks for that Dave.

Well, on a serious note that's the problem isn't it? There is no normal procedure - the police seem to make it up on a whim.

It's more a case of them having to react to different events every time.

Would that mean that if we win then we'll be kept in for a bit after, but if we lose then we may all be let out at the same time..?
-
tbh, I think they should just let out Villa fans first regardless of what the result is... most Villa fans will be very keen to get away quickly and avoid any trouble.

A question about the 400 empty seats that we have to live with because of the council......will those be in a block, or random amongst our fans?
-
Segregation, I imagine.

You would think, but I thought I had read that it was going to be amongst our fans - can't remember where I read that.
Two things if that is true: it will look crappy and it will give easy access to missiles.

Didn't really want to start a new thread.
Does anyone know what the pub situation in town is today? I've heard various things from no alcohol after 3, 5 and its the pubs discretion. Would prefer to have a few in town but obviously this could effect what I do.
I know its normal on Derby day for pubs to be shut/not serving, but surely this time it will have much more effect on business' compared to before midday on Sunday when there will not be a large number of other drinkers.
