There's a couple that I'd be interested in, eg "R30 SOX"

I reckon a few bid on their own shirt- egos and silly wages might influence the odd player to ensure they do not get the least - £12.95 closing price would be a bit of a kick in the knackers!

Methinks you need a bit of support Dave. Well you've got it from me 100%. The super-wankers are those that fiddle with the spacing of the letters and numbers and even introduce spurious screw-heads in a desperate attempt to create something meaningful. Prats.

I agree.  However, a friend of mine, who at one point in his police career was on the motorways, once said that whilst he was obliged to book people for doing it, in some ways it made the police's job easier:  the public were more inclined to remember the number plates of cars that failed to stop after accidents if they were personalised or doctored to spell names, etc.

My thoughts on personalised plates are summed up by documentary I remember watching years ago.  They featured the bloke with the reg P3NIS.  Needless to say it was affixed to a bright red Bentley.

Mine's just my initials and P2 in front.

When I bought it, the registration year was P in the old format, but P1 was £1000 - P2 was £250 !!!

Can't remember the exact reg now but there was a pretty obvious Villa related one on a PanzerWanker vehicle on the Queslett Road near the Asda island the other month. It was more noticeable as the car was parked on the main carriageway without hazards on, and with a cop car parked behind it warning traffic about it. No sign of the driver though but both vehicles had disappeared 10 mins later when I walked back that way.

I think it’s the latest description of any reasonably sized SUV 4x4 where a lot of drivers seem to think they own the road like the Wermacht. I think the actual expression is WankPanzer but as I drive one they can fuck off.
