Okay, so he doesnt use those exact words but it's close enough.
Could he turn out to be as good as Hou's inspired Gary McAllister type signing when he was Liverpool boss...

No thanks
-
Fuck off d'Artagnan.
-
Age thing aside, he's an attacking midfielder/winger, which is a position we're pretty well off in right now.
So no.
-
Hasn't this been discussed before?
-
Wishful thinking on his part I think.
-
No
-
too old
-
Cannot see what we get out of this - surely would not get near playing and does not look the sort of player you would bring in to teach the younger players ??
-
No thank's

37 and looking for one last pay day.

Is that a fact ? Haven't checked but take your word for it
Another NO

About 10 years too late. Money grabbing piece of French merde
-
He has no sustainable business plan, and is hardly a long term proposition. I'm out.
-
Might be a decent player to have as cover, but I doubt he'd be willing to agree to that, and would probably demand a squillion pounds a week. Would give him a chance if he signed but suspect he could end up as Ginola Mk II.
-
Pires spent his summer being a pundit on French TV. I'm probably fitter than him. Bugger off!

Or a Berger Mk II. Either way, it's a resounding piss orf Mr Agent from me.
-
We've already got our quota of wingers who struggle with gravity, so thanks but no thanks Robert "tripod" Pires.
-
He's got Blues written all over him.
-
Never really liked the way he runs funny...
-
He's a tad too old me thinks.
-
From Villarreal to Villa? Nah...get real, French bloke.
-
Blose please ;-))
-
only for coaching job.
-
Way too old. He'll go the shit.
-
He's got Blues written all over him.

Crawley Town to enter talks with Robert Pires
Pires has been training with Arsenal this week
Crawley are set to begin talks with former Arsenal midfielder Robert Pires about playing some part of this season, BBC Sussex understands.
The 36-year-old former France international is back in England looking for a club after leaving Spanish side Villarreal in the summer.

Crawley are buying non-league football!

Crawley are buying non-league football!
South coast overspill scum that thay are.
-
Not for me.

He may be of some use as an option on the bench, much like Tugay ended up being for Blackburn at that age. But the legs went years ago. He's certainly a player who had oodles of class, but far too old now.
Would rather see the youngster like Albrighton and Bannan thriving.
