Post by: eastie on October 16, 2010, 10:34:12 PM
Looks like the home game on Halloween against blues is not on tv- Sunderland v Newcastle and Bolton v Liverpool are the live games that day.

It'll be shown in China though. There's too big a marjet there for it not to be.

I'll pick it up on a stream. My Knuckledragging equivelant will be by a stream, looking for the game amongst the bank and Tadpoles.

Last time it wasn't on TV here, we won 5-1. So I'm happy enough.

I wouldn't be too worried, I'd say most pubs in Brum will be showing it anyway.

Bolton vs. Liverpool. Honestly, that's ridiculous. Fine, show the north-east derby - indeed, it would be irresponsible not to - but to put on Bolton vs. Liverpool instead Villa-Blues? Makes you want to spit.

And the sad fact is that Bolton v Liveprool will get a bigger audience.

Very true. Not only the English and Irish plastics, but there are also more Liverpool fans in Thailand than anywhere else in the world. I suppose if they go down it might start another civil war.

But as all the matches are shown around the world anyway those countries could see them whether shown in Britain or not. Genuine question. Have Sky never shown a Manchester, North London or Liverpool derby on TV?

The only things I know about are football, punk bands and Apple products.

But thanks for trying to enlighten me.

I hate it when Tom Ross says that.

There is hope than that we  might have 1 sell out gate this season.

And with it not being shown live it should surely sell out. But will it?
