What is the reason Steve Stride left Aston Villa ?

He want to retire ?
Randy doesn't want him ?

I think we need to find a new Steve Stride as we are not doing something right in boardroom level and paying too much in wages.

His son looked too much like Klass-Jan Huntelaar and was causing confusion.
