Was that a penalty shoot out? I am sure I remember from 'You are the ref' in Shoot! or something similar, that the moment the ball stops moving forwards it doesn't count in a shootout?

thats brilliant,   anyone remember that sprinter than darted ahead of everyone in a race and just before the finish line, he got a bit cocky, slowed down and started celebrating and then everone ran past him and he finished last LOL

I think the rule is that the ball remains live until it comes to a stop. I think they had to clarify that particular rule after this in the 1986 World Cup

Did they clarify the rule on having Charlie Chaplin supporting your team in a penalty shootout as I have never seen that happen since.
