When Hicks & Gillett cannot meet the next instalment of interest and default on their loans leading to RBS taking control of the club to manage the sale process and get their money back, why is the Premier League NOT going to impose a nine point penalty - a fact they have already confirmed ?

Apart from the obvious sky4 answer that is...........or have i answered my own question ?

Just off-topic slightly, what do you make of that bloke suing Britney 'cos he reckons she showed him the goods and he said it was sexual harrassment?
