Injured last night (http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/league_of_wales/8953341.stm).
Cuellar as CB against Stoke if he's not fit to play?
-
in the next life, you'l come back as the grim reaper legion
-
Ireland should be available for Stoke.
-
Cueller would be my first choice centre back anyway. I know Collins had a great game against Everton, and is a top centre back, but for me, Carlos is even better.
-
I wonder if any of Manure's players got injured playing for their countries last night? Oh no, they don't play for them do they.
Seem to remember Bosnich being banned for three Villa games for refusing to play against Pitcairn or Antarctica but the same rules don't apply to Berbatov, Brown, Giggs, Scholes, Van Der Sar or Fletcher*.
* I know that technically he still plays for Scotland but might as well not bother as he has been shit for them for two years.
-
facial injury , might be fit for stoke.

Haven't Berbatov, Brown, Giggs and Scholes all retired from international football?

I think our best pairing is Dunne and Cuellar but if Jimbo plays like he did against Everton every week that'd be alright with me.
Curtis was all mouth and no trouser, I know I shouldn't judge on a couple of performances, but against Rapid Vienna he was diabolical.

You didn't see the attack on his face then.
If he gets back he's one tough customer, it really looked a nasty injury to his face
-
Even if his cheek is broke he can still play with one of those silly face masks.
-
Just imagine how old hang dog 'arry is feeling this morning and your concerns will subside and be replaced by a warm glow.

The pic in that article is almost worthy of a caption competition:

Not great news.
-
Its one for 'Up the Arse Corner' in Viz.
-
I hope he is fit for stoke.
-
Got a great partnership with Dunne, and looked a bit out of sorts last night.
Watching a bit of Dunne last night as well........i'm not convinced Dunne is 100% fit.Seems to be playing well within himself.
-
It was a disgraceful challenge on Collins, I was watching it at the time. To make matters worse, the offender was already on a yellow and didn't even get another for it. If that had happened in a league game it would have been a straight red.
-
The amount of threads that are named after players when it could be a bit more specific - ''Collins Injured Last Night'' can be frustrating when you're searching for a post and it brings up multiple threads with the same title.

Villa defender injury not as bad a originally perceived
Wales boss John Toshack has been awarded a reprieve after it was revealed that defender James Collins' injury was not as bad as first thought.
The Aston Villa centre-back was apparently elbowed in the face during his country's 1-0 defeat by Montenegro in their Euro 2012 qualifier on Friday.
Miodrah Dzudovic was the offender in the second half of the game in Podgorica in a challenge that left Collins in hospital with facial injuries.
The 27-year-old suffered a severe black eye but had not fractured a cheekbone or a broken nose as originally feared by Toshack following the game.
Collins will now return to Villa after leaving hospital on Saturday morning and will be assessed by club doctors over whether he will be able to play against Stoke a week on Monday.

Sorry Leeg, ta.

Was 'apparently elbowed' is a bit of an understatement!
