When I go back with my mind to our trip in Wien (about which I'll post a complete report asap). . .
- on one side, I think with joy that we had the great chance to meet some legendary Villa fans like Pauline, John, Howard and Frank spending with them a beautiful time ;);
- but on the other side I can't help feeling so much disappointed and demoralized for being threw out of Europe in August for the second year in a row >:( (the fact of being still with a care-taker manager doesn't help, even if I could be revitalized by the new that we have appointed Gianfranco Zola).

Anyhow, the Friday after the game, before to leave Vienna, I visited the Austria Wien stadium and museum, and found them quite nice (one wouldn't say now, but they were giants in the 30's).

But what literally struck me was to find this beautiful memorabilia, an autographed card written to their legend Walter Nausch by our former manager Jimmy Hogan.
I find fantastic that he signed "Jimmy Hogan - Aston Villa " that shows how distinctive and influential was our club even back in the 30's :D.
