I did the same a couple of years ago, don't think they charged when got a new one, but this may have changed. If you don't sort it for Sat, they can just print you off a normal ticket at the ground, just have you details ready and client ref.
-
I wouldnt have thought there would be any charge if you provided sufficient ID.
I had mine stolen in the post the season before last and they sorted me out.
Also a few years back I realised at the turnstile I had brought the previous years season ticket book, again they sorted it out.

Someone lost theres last year i think the club charged them £10 for a replacement.

I've lost mine twice now and both times it was £10 to replace it, plus you will need a lost property number from the police.
-
They used to charge a tenner, but you have to phone the ticket office and they'll print you a paper ticket out for the West Ham game and send you a replacement ST.
I'd talk nicely to them and pop in 'just moved flat,am a bit broke, could only just about afford a season ticket' type comments lol

All done - didn't even get charged yay. Thanks guys! :)

I'd call the ticket office. What previous posters have said may or may not still apply.

It's probably in his white jacket pocket! ;)

Well I got extra Season Tickets! I have no idea why.
On Tuesday, a single envelope arrived with both mine and my (Under 16) son's season cards in. Then Wednesday, we both got an envelope each, with more season cards.
Not sure what happened there!
