Just a reminder that Marc Albrighton is in the squad for this (no idea if he's playing) and hopefully it might give us something to cheer us all up a bit.
(Sorry - I meant to mention this is on ESPN tonight at 7, which was the whole point of the thread!)
Would have put it in the International forum but thought more would see it here. Feel free to move mods.

Yes, that's cheered me up, looked lively and confident. Very impressed.

He missed a sitter unfortunately. It was on his left and he stretched for it but he should have scored.
Apart from that he was superb. Left wing, right wing, plenty of pace, effort and great link up play. The kid really is very very impressive.

'Bright' sub appearance by Marc .............pity you couldn't put that chance away mate
Enjoyed the match once England lads scored - played decent passing game throughout

I was watching the game out of the corner of my eye on the laptop. I was getting pretty excited after Marc came on, as I thought he was playing superbly. But I think a fair bit may actually have been Tom Cleverley as Marc was playing on the left I think?!
Absolute sitter he missed, but I'm pretty sure some of the good things he did were actually him. From what I've seen so far, he will need to be a little bit more head up for a pass but hopefully that will come

Albrighton was swapping flanks all the time. And the goal chance aside was outstanding.
Hopefully that halfwit will give him a longer run out next time.

Nice to see England being progressive
Noel Blake in charge of the under 19s and Pearce in charge of the under 21s
Says it all really about our national side and the lack of insight of those in charge....
