Most of our players won’t have played Man Untd, so our history with them shouldn’t weigh so heavy. Both teams to score, but us to get the win.

They do have very recent experience of fucking up matches against Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham in exactly the same way we normally fuck it up against Man U, though.

I'd take a draw at Old Trafford tbh. Even if they are on the wane.

I would like to win this one by a Staunton-esque stanchion-cracker thunderbastard of a strike.

Ta.

Have a go, don't Bruce the game and see what happens.

0-1. Grealish.

I fancy us to beat them when they come here but I doubt we'll do it up there. 2-1 to them.

A win here is unlikely but by fuck it would be funny. 3-1 us, OGS sacked the next day.

The Plastics looked relegation fodder a few weeks back but have put together a small run of picking up points. Despite a great comeback last weekend against Sheff Utd, they were lucky to be only 2 goals behind. Maguire and especially Jones look to be their biggest weakness and their midfield ain't up to much. Show them little respect and they look nervous. They're still a threat up front but can blow very hot and cold. Biggest threat will probably be Kevin Friend. Top 4? They're the 4th best team in Lancashire and a million miles away from Red Scouse and Manchester.

I expect the wheels to fall off sooner rather than later. Nuno Esprito Santo may be getting a call to rescue them but they're not the pull they used to be. Steve Bruce may be available by then.

With Kevin Friend on VAR what could go wrong ?

I have a feeling we'll win this one, especially if Phil Jones is playing, 1-2.

Hate these fuckers with a passion with the list of obvious reasons endless to anyone of a certain age.

I hope we do not play the occasion as to some players will be the pinnacle of their career to date to be playing at Old Trafford (based on past glories no nowadays) player for player they are no better than us

We really need to be up for this and in their faces from the start - show no respect for them as they deserve none.

A win here would inject life into our season - a timid loss could really knock us back.

Our midfield need to dominate and play to their ability

0-1  (please please let it be so)

We always seem to cock it up against manure. I know my manager mates are looking forward to this one as they boasting how they always beat us.

Be great if we went there and won.
