I wish they'd do the away version of that 1990 shirt. Brilliant shirt. what a team that was.

I've still got my original of this somewhere, I think I have the home one as well. And definitely have the yellow away. I doubt many of my old shirts fit these days though as i'm a tad bigger than the medium/large I used to wear.

My very first Villa shirt was a yellow shirt with blue v neck collar and cuffs with a very smart Lion badge as worn by Brian Little etc in the very early 70’s which I loved to bits. Not sure it was Umbro though. Actually quite liked the so called Brazilian shirt also

Allan, I remember that shirt well, certainly "a thing of beauty"

I've got a feeling the club were selling those as replicas years ago, back in the 90s as for some reason it's in my head that they had them in the old Pavilions shop.

i'm going to sound a right moaning minny now, but the highest claret band on the sleeves isn't as long as it was on the original.
The one on the JD advert is better than something i saw on twitter, which was not right at all.

Not replica shirt, but related, I've just ordered this, except in dark blue rather than black:

Ahhhhh
Fantastic. The one with the round badge is even better imo
The very one but I disagree about the badge. An absolutely superb shirt. Also the claret and blue version which I loved too and I still refer to as a “Lionel Martin” shirt
