Guilbert and Jota looked good; always liked Jota at Brentford so I can forgive him the aberration after.

It was Minnesota reserves so not sure how much to read into it but an encouraging start to pre season anyway.

Our ex player Adrian Heath had decent things to say too

According to the American journalist we held an 11-3 shot advantage going in to the break. Fucking A!

Heath didn’t stay long with us from memory. Wasn’t he called Tiny or Titchy or something similar?

I always remember him as the player who got Everton reignited in 1984 with the equaliser against Oxford in the QF league cup. Then they beat us in the SF

We did a win.
We are the winniest, that’s all that matters.

Always likely to be a bit in and out in terms of performances.  We still have three or four players to come in I reckon, hopefully Douglas is one of them as he will make us tick even more in midfield!  Good cover with O'Hare and Jota able to play as number 10"s, Guilbert looks good and has capable back up with Elmo.  Targett looks good too.  Mings and one other as the two centre backs, not sure which one though to be honest.
