Not had mine yet. Weren’t you supposed to use the card when purchasing anything in the ground, food drinks etc to give you some kind of reward points or am I missing the point? I got mine purely to get the chance to buy tickets. If true and we’re nearly at the third home game it’s all a bit shoddy.Trying to purchase a drink in the Holte Suite is hard enough without one of the ‘bar staff’ putting some kind of points on a reward card.
We are very sorry for the delays in sending out membership cards. Unfortunately, we have had problems with printing the cards due to the unprecedented demand we have experienced. The matter has now been resolved and the membership packages are being compiled and dispatched in the coming days. We are prioritising those who have been waiting longest. In the meantime, you can still use the ticket voucher benefit of the membership as this will have been linked to your fan ID upon sign-up.
