Nice goal young Kortney, in off the truncheon by the looks of it!! Solid enough again tonight.

The quote fest above Matt, is needed for what reason?

To me it seems like a timely reminder the you only judge a player when hes had a bit of a run in the team

Exactly

Written off after one start. Ludicrous

Being pompous about the situation now seems just as bad as what you're complaining about.

Seems to be settling in well after a few games under his belt. He's got away with a few mistakes and dodgy challenges in the last few games though so he'll get better if he can cut that side out of his game. Once Chester, Axel and Elphick are back we'll actually have a very decent, strong and solid defensive unit.

You again have to wonder what the quality of defenders are like in the PL (In this vase Wolves).  Hause seems better than most if not all of the players we've had in recent years, concrete Ron included.

Hause/Mings is as solid as at least Dunne/Collins and possibly better.  Early days but long may it continue.  No way will Axel get back into the side if this pair continue as they are doing.

Chester or Tuanzabe has to be the RSCH with Hause returning to left back

That is as good a set up as anything.

Mings is quality

I wouldn't be against that (more because I see Taylor as a weak link)  However, the pairing seems to be gelling very well and I would probably stick with it.  Taylor hasn't done too badly and that could possibly be because of the strong central pairing inside of him.

I think Dean will want a right footed CB to restore balance so I can see Axel alongside Mings, with Hause returning to LB.

Forest have had the treatment twice this season as Tammy  scored a painful goal against them in 5-5.

Yes they appear to be much better than our recent lot but being good in PL is a totally different ball game. The quality of  attackers in PL is much much higher than anything they face in  this division so there must be a reason why they were not playing regularly for their clubs.

No, both left footers which isn't ideal. Axel can play right CB alongside Mings. Hause to move to LB. This gives better balance plus 3 tall defenders.

2 left footers isn’t ideal but it isn’t the end of the world.

I’d sooner stick with something solid than gamble that axel hits the ground running when he comes back.
