Moral Victories. We Never Get Any Luck.

Look at the amount of moral losses we have suffered at the hands of our neighbours over the years.  It’s embarrassing.

Today for example: They went 2-0 up but the ref disallowed it because it hit the post.

It was never a penalty.  Until the ref blew his whistle.

The game should never have even been played such was the loss of Jota before the game.

Grealish was very lucky to still be on the pitch the amount of times he was fouled.

And let’s not forget those other times we’ve morally lost to them.  The Gabby goal that should never have happened so crap were we.  The Jota miss last season was an appalling refereeing decision not to allow give a goal based on effort. 

We should be ashamed of ourselves really.

Never mind the challenges on our lot most of the first half. They reminded me a bit of Bruce's Blues team up to our equaliser.

 They gave it everything and lost, we were shit and won. We are on another plane to them but we have to stand up and be counted, stop pretending to be a big club and act like one. Ie win the next 6 games.

Cheating vile bastards we are. Apparently we had more players on the pitch, fiddled the result by blatantly scoring more goals, and it was all possible because we have been playing better than them coming into the game.

We've just played them, I think we can talk about them as a consequence.

For me, there were positives to take from it. Looking at the team sheet before the game, I thought we'd get absolutely butchered. We had a midfield that had never played together, yet we scored two goals and looked competitive until that awful fourth. This game was lost on narrow margins, despite the scoreline. Che scores and we win. Had we had a full starting 11, we would have won. I honestly believe that.

There are wakeup calls for both Morro and Dean, and obviously Harding on the left didnt work. I will put my hands up and say that whilst Camp is nowhere near the horror show some people make out, he is a level or two below the rest of our first eleven and when we sort out this mess with the EFL, his has to be the first position replaced.

In terms of the vile. Their defence is laughable. It was worse than ours today. The only reason they got 4 and we got 2 is that they have a much better attack - they can bring Bolasie off the bench.

We were unlucky that they hit a purple patch coming into this at the same time that we've gone off the boil but it won't last. Theyve got a very tough month ahead and December will be the acid test. I think they'll get the playoffs again but nothing more.

As for us, anything would be possible if could even sign a couple of players. We're stuck until this situation gets sorted. We won't be in another relegation battle, which for me is a blessing.
