Y'know, in my 50 years I've never seen those words. Thank you for sharing, sir.
As for the twitter post from One of Them, it really is rather sad.
one of Them goes by the twitter name of 'Fuck': really??!!

I've never felt so confident before a derby match. win by 4 or 5 is quite possible here. Derby blew them away and we blew Derby away. Hull gifted them 3 goals, I trust we wont. Someone is going to take a thrashing soon and this game could be it.

Is it just me that finds the words to that really distasteful?

Yeah, it's the sort of shit they would come out with. We have enough glories on the pitch to celebrate, we shouldn't have to descend to their level of glorifying fictional battles.

I don't ever remember hearing those words sung at anytime and I know why.  Aside from it being truly awful lyrically, historically inaccurate and moronic I doubt even the most attentive present or latter day hoolie' would remember it to any great effect to allow like minded people to join in.

I'm worried, far too many on here are over optimistic.

I know what you mean - I actually get more nervous the more I think we are going to win! Not just this game - any game!

Your correct, it just a song, but a song, same as the Tracey Andrews song, that I wouldn't sing that is all

I posted it as I assumed most wouldn't know how the original full lyrics.
