Very sad indeed

very decent man. I only saw him what seems a few weeks ago in our local supermarket. A huge man who loved Rugby more than football
A very decent and considerate guy to work for. There will be a good few match day staff upset at this news

Condolences to his family

A big man in every way. I echo everything Hooky said and he was always great to work with.

John would be humbled by the lovely comments and kind words from those who knew him - thank you.  Jill (John's wife) and family.

I'm sure he would also smile when I say so THAT'S who you are. I did wonder.

Put his picture up when the Ellis minutes applause is being forced on everyone.

I see no need for a comment like that.

He knew nothing about it until you asked him and blew my cover.

Think it helped in that he joined as an outsider and not as an avid villa man. Lost a good man. RIP big John
