So Steve a 1-1 draw, what pleased you the most?
Avead to make 19 changes including waifs and strays that were running feral.
An after 10 months ere people expecting miracles.
But some we never giv us a chance even though I got 10 promotions.

is he dutch ? ;)

I'm genuinely astounded that 53% of the voting so far, predicts that we'll avoid defeat. This is a nailed on tatering.

3-0 to Bristol City

Yup. Today I'm in the 'Who gives a shit' mode. Trying to get any enthusiasm over a Friday night game away to Bristol City is beyond me right now. Hopefully by Friday I'll care more.
Do any Portugeeze TV channels show live Championship games Marko? May need to find a bar Friday night in Estoril/Cascais area.
Most bars in Cascais have sky sport so you should be all right if you do persist on spoiling your holiday.

“Well it takes courage and dare I say tactical nous to come here to such a big place big club great team on a Friday night and stop them in their track. I hope this result will shut up those idiots who had a go at me after one narrow defeat against a very good Wednesday side. Tonight just shows I know what I am doing and why I deliver promotion after promotion.”

Saw them last week and they looked as clueless as us.

Had a hard think and after evaluating that we are usually aweful at Ashton Gate, it would be so easy to go  for a  bristol City victory, however we are Villa and we don't do the right thing, so a victory is possible.  Eventually conceeding that it most unlikely that we will win so have plumbed for a respectful draw.

Still dislike Bristol City loads.

Win and he'll give it the big one again. Lose and it will be his responsibility. And he'll then reel off a list of reasons why it isn't actually his responsibility at all.

It,s a bunch of new players who have hardly met and he has only had this season to assemble a squad so be patient as he is a promotion specialist whose team isn't helped by hysterical villa fans who know nothing about football.

A 3-1 defeat and yet more excuses. The only predictable thing right now is our free fall under Bruce - there will be no lucky run to save him this time - the players want him gone I think

Jedinak in midfield could be an option.

However, Jedinak at CB will be the grim reality.

I've gone for a Brizzle win, so hopefully the travelling support will give Bruce some serious grief if my prediction comes to pass. Dammit, if I wasn't washing my hair on Friday evening - I'd go down there & boo the bugger meself!

Cannot see anything other than a loss on this one. They will be right up for it after our game at VP last season

We beat them last season so they're bound to beat us now. How does that one work again?

We’re having a wobble, they will be up for it. Their manager will stress pressing us is key. Just my gut feeling that we won’t be winning on Friday (then again I thought we would beat Wednesday so what do I know)
