It will be luck if we win really - that's what I've come to expect now. 1-1 I should think. Probably further away from the play offs as well.

We haven't won there in two previous visits, I don't see that changing this season either. 0-2

Really hope he goes with a back to basics team, Axel at CB, Jedi in front of the back 4, Jack in the middle with McGinn. But I'm sure it will be another throw names at the wall and see what sticks.  Lacklustre defeat....again.

I've seen on another forum Villa 'supporters' wanting us to lose on Friday to hasten Bruce's departure.

What's this forum's thoughts on this?

I'd rather we win, I thought after 1 win in 8 and Saturday's defeat his departure would be imminent, apparently not.

Interesting one isn't it....we are all Villa through and through but if it means him gone I hope we lose..there I said it. Didn't think I would ever say that but that's how low he's gotten me. The tactics, the arrogance, the holier than though attitude, the selection, the style of play....everything. If I thought a win may kick start us then I might think differently...but it won't, it'll be another false dawn aka the Wolves game. 2 Years is enough....more than enough.

I ALWAYS want us to win, without exception. However, if but a loss on Friday night hastens the departure of Bruce - then I'll see it as a bonus. No, make that a Brucie Bonus.

I find it ridiculous that any supporter would ever want their own team to lose. In this instance it'll just mean we're further off reaching our target for this season (promotion) and with absolutely no knowledge that another loss or even two, three losses would see the club change the manager anyway

If we lose on Friday and don't beat Preston he simply must be sacked.

It would seem that Bruce is on borrowed time due to his own inadequacies anyway, I doubt whatever the result is on Friday will change  that.

I thought similar about Blackburn, that one goal and one point isn't going to matter.

Dead man walking, I think. Once all the ducks behind him are in a nice neat row, trigger gets pulled.
