2-2 in the derby of the Villa men most likely to in League 2, Carlisle v Cambridge. The Russian gave the U's the lead with a  fine finish in the 3rd minute but went off injured early in the second half. Hopefully not serious or more signs of a prone-ness to getting crocked. Callum ran the show for Carlisle as usual, two assists.

Highlights of that game worth two minutes of your time

O'Hare does increasingly look the part. Am hoping he's learning to toughen up. He's playing in the grealish position too

Not sure many of the others are ready to step straight in.. They may néed more loans.

Been surprised about jdh. I really like the look of him but I don't think he's done anything of note

JDH has been injured for a lot of his Cambridge spell.

There's some weird post on Villatalk, about not being allowed to discuss him because of a "legal take-down" from his solicitors.  https://www.villatalk.com/topic/18677-jake-doyle-hayes/?tab=comments#comment-2639223

What's all that about then?  Surely you can't be prevented from discussing a player as long as you're not saying anything defamatory?

Maybe someone said something about him doing something he clearly didn't.

A little Google search found this. Not a great deal of information, admittedly.

Is Gollini still our player?

We noticed him playing for Atalanta, he made some great saves in the semi final of 5he Italian Cup and he’s now through to the final in Rome.
