Maybe it’s the medical that’s done🤔
Did he have a medical at Celtic as well?

If the Grealish deal is to be believed he needs at least another 17 medicals before signing.

Welcome to the finest football club that you will ever play for, AVFC.

One of my favourite Villa players ever Des Bremner joined us from Hibs and if you’re anywhere as good as him then I for one will be happy.

Loved Dessie Bremner. He ran all day, simply did not stop.

If McGinn is as good a player and is as committed as he was, we will be very lucky and I will be very happy. The perfect foil for Sid, Dennis Mortimer, and Tony Morley.

While the youtube video looks promising - we appear to have a number of attacking midfielders - anyone who watch Scottish Fitba know if this guy is better than Lansbury, Conner etc.

from the Beeb:

Aston Villa have agreed a fee with Hibernian to sign John McGinn, with the midfielder undergoing a medical.

The player has been in talks with the English Championship club since Tuesday and is understood to be close to a move.

Celtic have had two bids for the Scotland international rejected.

"I think Celtic have matched the offer but I think Villa are in the driving position at the minute," said Hibs manager Neil Lennon.

"John went down to Birmingham, A fee has been agreed. I don't know if personal terms have been agreed yet."

If you were the medical employee, would you risk your job for some minor internet fame?

The risk/reward doesn’t seem worth it to me. Each to their own I suppose.

If Jack is staying this could be a transfer that will end up with him going to Celtic.
