Donít get this hatred of Man City, they are no different to Chelsea, PSG, all the rich clubs. They just happen to be the best.

As it happens I hate them too. It's not just the money, it's who the money comes from.

Christ what a shitshow of a season. City with a domestic treble, Bayern and Juve win their leagues again (as if what football lacked right now was some boring megawinners), Spurs-Liverpool for a Champions League final ffs. If we don't go up I don't know what I'll do.

You forgot Real Wolverhampton getting into Europe

And wasn't Shilton the world's most expensive 'keeper?

He was pretty costly in the semi final of Italia 90.

And it the World Cup qualifier versus Poland in 1973.

Getting beaten to a high ball by a midget in 86.

The midget might as well have been on a step ladder!

Chances are he was on something, even back then.

On the glass half full side :-

Liverpool failed to win the League despite losing only one game

We condemned Albion to another year in the Championship

Leeds blew promotion

Man U continued to implode

Blose achieved nothing of note

Real Wolverhampton lost at Wembley in enjoyably agonising circumstances.

Small Heath achieved a few things of note. A pitch invasion by a violent fan and an assault on a Villa player, assaults on Villa fans and players from violent stewards and a points deduction. But forget all that, the high point of their season was being marginally above the vile for a short while. They also stayed up so it all adds up to a decent season in their eyes.

Blues have framed his hi-viz and placed it in their hall of fame, in between Josť Dominguez's signed Portugal shirt and a blown up photo of Robert Hopkins offering out a pub bouncer in Solihull.

It might turn out to be fun Real Wolverhampton in the Europa League just like Burnley this season  .Like Burnley they do not have the biggest of squads, have to kick off the season in July/August and it means playing Thursday/Saturday

Really? They did not make the last 4 of the champions League and have not come close to winning that competition despite all their billions spent. And I hate their owners and all that they represent.

One tie doesn't alter the fact that Man City are the best.

Just as, if we are honest, Liverpool were better than us in 1982... over the course of the season.

No but their failure in the Champions League is consistent over many seasons.

I'll forever blame the twat with the backpass.

I wasn't talking about what had happened over many seasons. As of now, 2019, they are the best.

Yes but you have to consider my total annoyance with more or very successful teams whilst we knock around in the second tier. Hate them all :)
