Yep. Non stop “bantz” about Gary Neville. A bit ironic seeing as that sort of behaviour was what led to his time off. Perhaps Neville should hawk up a massive greeny and spit all over him. The dirty Scouse pig.

The “debate” (which involved Neville expounding quite sensibly, while referencing and knocking his own brief managerial experience, and Carragher trying to talk over him in an increasingly high-pitched whine that had all the dogs in the area howling) was entertaining.

But Carragher is a prize dork.

A lot of pundits pontificate with no self awareness of their own shortcomings but Gary Neville acknowledges his. I think he is a very good pundit and I reckon there is a potentially very good coach or assistant manager in Gary Neville. If you look at the Palace squad it is full of names who are easily Premier League quality on their day but are at Palace because they don't turn it on consistently enough. Hennessey, Van Aanholt, Tomkins, Dann, Sakho, Schlupp, Townsend, McArthur, Puncheon, Williams, Benteke, Wickham, Ayew. The way he is going Zaha will get another big move but the others are too inconsistent.

Benteke is a one club player. I have watched all his home games for Villa and even when he was coming back from an injury which took time to sort his shooting boot radar out he was a force up front. Bossed defenders, power, vision.....nothing like the shadow of the beast that went to Liverpool and then Crapstal Palace

Be good if big Ben  had some decent service as he's given nothing to work with.

He just seems incapable of doing anything of any quality. Whether it be hold up play, lay offs or shooting. Feel sorry for him

That's most of the palace team though most of them aren't passing or playing so well. Nothing coming off.

Pva and Zaha misplacing passes too and the biggest culprits.

How many times have we seen a player find it hard when his career stalls? It didn't quite work out for him at Standard Liege but then from a couple of loans to Kortrijk and Mechelen, back to Genk and then Villa where he scored one in two games for both he was flying. Since leaving Villa he has gone downhill and the percentage of players who resurrect their careers as opposed to continuing to slide are in the minority. Brian Clough used to rescue and revive those types of players but not many managers do that these days.

I really don’t like Ayling of Leeds, not sure why but took an instant dislike to him.

I see Leeds have a player named Beradi. It always reminds of one of their old players Imre Veradi. The interesting thing about him was, his Great granddad Ollie was one of greatest ever Hollywood actors of all time.

If Leeds win tonight they are going to be presented with the Championship Trophy.
