I saw that the French league want to bring in maximum away ticket prices. €10 for the top flight and €5 for division 2.

There was Frank Lampard to Chelses wankfest going opn on radio today. Matt Holland (c***) with brilliant insightful words " You know Frank is going to be a top level manager one day by the way he carries himself  and the way he speaks" . Well there you go what else does a football coach needs?

He won’t be any good if he can’t get players to roll their sleeves up or work hard.

I've read the article now, rather than just the headline. Have changed my mind. Take the final off them.

UEFA, like FIFA, don't give a flying f. about things like this.

The venue for the final was a questionable decision in the first place and this incident with the Arsenal player has highlighted that. As for UEFA and FIFA not giving a flying f*ck decisions like giving the 1978 World Cup to Argentina under its military dictatorship regime and giving the next world cup to Qatar suggests that is the case.

According to this, Azerbaijan doesn't let Armenians (or people with Armenian names) into the country. If true, they have no business hosting any sort of international event.

If Mkhitaryan  is making a stand that as other Armenians are not allowed to enter Azerbaijan he will also not go there regardless of his privileged position and foregoing a chance of sporting glory then he has my total respect.

India should be forced to play tests against Pakistan like every other team.

In football, Spain, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Serbia and others shouldn't be allowed to pick and choose who they play against.

I don't really follow cricket so not sure what you mean - surely Pakistanis are allowed into India?!

Man City fans celebrate a goal in the FA Cup Final by politely clapping.

They didn’t even bother clapping for the second!

In the spirit of my building up to things for Monday, I had a look on twitter for SJM winning that corner. I happened upon this gem.

Think you've scored a dramatic 93rd minute decider in a CL semi? May I never become this weary of celebrating success. Worst. Mental. Ever.

I agree. My son and I were season ticket holders in the lower North stand when Lampard broke the Chelsea goal scoring record and to be fair he was given a good ovation from the Villa fans and clearly appreciated it.
