Losing Chester IMO is the worst thing that could happen for the short term i.e. next season. Fucking hell.

Chester and Grealish are the only ones I would be bitterly disappointed to see leave this summer.  If Chester goes to another Championship club for well under Ł10m it would be a real kick in the teeth.

Indeed, although maybe the new investors will Hathor cunning plan up their sleeves?

The one thing that might work in our favour is that neither player is seemingly desperate to leave the club.

you can't blame Chester if he doesn't want a move to Stoke
even in the state we are in that's a downward move imo
As in he expression
Well I Gu ta Stoke.
Any one else use that expression.?

Of course if the deal is completed, we'll still have to worry about the EFL in depth fit and proper tests.................

All this talk of Middle East buyers reminds me of that time years ago when there was some excitement on here as someone had seen some "Arab looking people" getting "the treeatment" in the corporate facilities on a match day, only for them to turn out to be some blokes who owned a curry house in Sutton Coldfield.

Brilliant stuff. Like a story line for an episode of Only Fools and Horses.

 ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

They'd probably have done a better job than Xia.

Just in from Rongtian He on Twitter

No one is bigger than the club. From the first day on, we just want to do the best we can for the club. #UTV #VTID

Is a deal close?

Do we know ANYTHING about this group, except they are connected to Egypt somehow? Sorry for the lack of puns.
