Good news - a UK-based gazillionaire should put to bed any further issues around paying tax bills and administration.

A reputable H&V bean counter’s approval is the best validation we can get of this new found wealth. Just need Risso to second the motion.

Potentially.... amazing news. I mean it's the hope that kills you.... but it's the hope that makes being a fan exciting isn't it? I'm happy to start dreaming big again. No point them as billionaires getting involved unless they plan to properly get involved, invest, and get us some big players and get back in the big league....

What happens next with FFP? Anyone know for sure?

Hopefully just FFP to overcome now.  If we can work our way round that then

job number one, work out a way to keep hold of Jack.

job no two, cheerio Steve.

Wes Eden founded Fotress, an investment fund.

Has he has invested, or is it Fortress?

Trying not to get too excited, but it does look like great news.

It's bloody good news all round considering what might have happened but I hope it's a lesson learned.

But the clown Xia remains on the scene  -   let's see how it pans out over the coming weeks and months
TX >DH@SPB= AVFC+TX +NSWE
Club continues to trade and pay monthly bills - good news
Bull shitting owner continues to proffer said bullshit and remain in charge of rudderless ship - bad news
We need experienced seasoned football administrators in charge not well meaning mega rich football fans - maybe the money will buy the experience - hopefully someone in the mould of Stride or Dein or dare I say Levy

If we can't get excited on the day two billionaires invest in our club then we never will! As a Wolves fan said to me just though "Hope they are better than the American and Chinese Billionaires you had before"

At last some good news, these two have serious money plus business and sports acumen.
I really hope the good doctor has played a blinder here.

Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition.

So that puts our financial backing at £7 billion + £2.5 billion.  That's £9.5 billion plus whatever is left down the back of Tony's Ma's sofa.  That will buy a few McCormacks, Hogans and Richards.
