They had stock of the 1980 away shirt in L earlier, looks like it’s sold out already.

Haha! Nah, I've not mentioned it much!

I do think it's the sort of thing (kits etc) that any fan should expect to be in stock and available until Spring at least.

Oh, and I plan to wear it for 5-a-side on Monday. Then to the pub on Sunday week.

Well it has to be done. If we win maybe I'll keep it on forever.

Mine arrived today, they are beautiful, but very “roomy” , defintely go a size down from your usual size, could have got away with an M

Sorry if this has been asked already, but for anyone with the 1980 Umbro shirts, what is the material like?

I had the Rotterdam shirt that was done by Score Draw but the material wasn't that good and I'd like to know if these ones are any better. The website says 100% cotton. Are they stretchy at all? Do they feel like football shirts or t shirts?

Bought the away umbro from fanatics website. Sent it back. Lovely shirt but the material is so thin and being white  it is very see through. Missus laughed when I tried it on, could see my nipples, hairy chest and my trouser line.

Thanks for the reply mate.

Does it feel like a cotton t shirt?

I don't mind people seeing my nipples. I have a tremendous physique.

I have the away one. It is majestic. That material called airtex or very similar, it’s not that horrible thick cotton that some of the old shirts replica shirts were made from.

It's more of a summer shirt than a winter one. Super stretchy too so if you're more Sylvester Stallone than Sylvester McCoy, go two sizes smaller.
