XXXL? Bloody hell.

What's wrong with that?

Depends if you've got a massive chest because you're hench I suppose. If not, there's an irony in buying sportswear when you're that size.

How about people who spend most of their life in a wheelchair and need a bigger size for various reasons all connected to being stuck in a wheelchair?

Wheelchair or not, sportswear isn't fashionable.

I like a slightly baggier fit. In the current retro range or the older  Reebok, Asics, Diadora and Nike I am  very comfortable in an XXL. Macron onwards I am XXXL. Doesn't help having very broad shoulder. I am very tall and broad and not at all sporting a belly. Should I buy a new shirt - and not sure I will as it's hasn't got blue sleeves and I much prefer the 84 retro version I probably would be either XXL or next one up.

Obviously the club are not upto speed on the training wear ..... went to VP yesterday to look with intention of buying several items ..... basically nothing there ...one colour polo shirt but only 5 in total all small
Its areas like this where we are second rate ...I would have expected this to be fully right ready for its launch but obviously not

It’s the same every year. Why on Earth they don’t stick every item in great numbers I’ll never know.

It really does make an absolute mockery of all the bollocks about this being a great deal for fans when we're half way through July and you can't get replica kit already.

It just smacks of the deal being done because it was the cheap option.

Or it's been that popular, we're waiting for more supplies?

But the main thrust of the deal was that Fanatics are vertically integrated so we'd get supplies quicker.

Has this shirt really been that popular?!

It doesn't matter how many times I come on here, the sleeves still aren't blue. I'm going to give up.

Surely in this day and age someone can invent some special glasses that make the sleeves look blue?

It was all going well until this:

https://twitter.com/lukeroper/status/1019317814442815488?s=21

Modified names and numbers

https://www.luke1977.com/c/avfc-football-shirts/2.htm

Literally, a brilliant marketing idea and one i'm guessing is unique to us like the strips. The club have become the first to embrace something new that appeals to a whole new generation of supporters.

I can't think of a single reason why anyone wouldn't applaud that.

This isn't aimed at me or you.

I dn’t get it. Couldn’t you always have your name and number on it?

Which has fuck all to do with your first unsavoury foray into commenting on larger shirt sizes.

I think it's the different styles Percy.  You can have your name and number in a tiger skin pattern now, with a load of stars too.

True enough, but I wasn't really focusing on somebody with physical reason for needing larger shirt sizes. I was thinking more general population at large and the obesity epidemic.

Rather than just the usual style of name and number you can have them like this.
