Way too much claret, not enough blue.

I like the embossed crests, mind.

If you look here:

https://kit.avfc.co.uk/homekit

and rotate the kit, there's more blue on the side (that you can't really see in those pics)

Not sure if there is enough tbh, but I still like it.

Got to say I think these are absolutely banging shirts. I’m usually clear cut on which one I’ll get both these are so nice I’m struggling. I just hope the quality is good - under armour rather than Macron. U would hope the colab between two companies will get this right

The universally positive reaction suggests that only I can see the emperor's new kit.

I like the kit, looks nice.

Except it isn't a Home Villa shirt. The dark stripes on the home show what could have been. The hint of blue under the arm show what might have been on the sleeves.

Away is nice.

Do we not play in claret with blue sleeves anymore?

My thoughts exactly. This is like a re-hash of one of the dreadful Henson efforts.  Fuck off Luke whatever your name is and take your shitty designs with you.

What colour are the shorts? They are both very nice though agree with the lack of blue comments in the home.

The away kit is OK, if a bit nondescript.  The home kit is rubbish though.  I like the colour of the claret, but the lack of blue sleeves is just wrong, even with the patches of blue on the sides.  The stripes look funny at the shoulders as well.  The 'Luke' logo is shite, and looks out of place on a football kit.  I don't know what that logo is supposed to be, but it looks like you've got two badly matching lions on different sides.

One positive is the shade(s) of claret actually looks claret.  However the blue still looks like the wishy washy lilac that Macron introduced.  Generally don't give a shit what the away kit looks like but always disappointing when we don't have claret with blue sleeves on the home kit.

That's shite. Claret shirt, blue sleeves or fuck off.

The half of the away shirt I can see seems nice.

Using the link to site where you can rotate the top from Paulewalnuts, the shirt does look a lot better.
The flash of blue under the pits is nice, and the McGregor logo is a classy touch.

Hope it’s not too ‘tailored’ though.

Love them both. The lack of blue sleeves on the home kit doesn't bother me to be honest. It's like an upgrade on the classic Mita one for me, with a better neck as well. 9/10

Love the away, classic simple design, i always prefer a white away shirt. 8/10
