According the the noses Luke has made a commercial error that could really affect his business in the Bull Ring store as no Villa fans shop in town only in Staffs and Worcs.....lol

To quote "That Luke geezer so publicly aligning himself with the vile could be a big mistake for his business in our city. unless he opens a few shops in their carrot crunching heartlands he could be struggling."
It's hilarious that those numptys continue to believe such rubbish. We do have more fans than they do in the shires- we also have more in the towns and city's. We just have more fans than them. EVERYWHERE. Morons.

Would need to see the final beasty in the flesh of course, but an obvious issue here is we're going double lion (and two different lions at that) on the front of the shirt if we stick with the Luke 77 logo.

Might look a bit cluttered. And odd.

Where's Marshall with his kits? Not knocking Pete3206's but kit designs have been M's sole contribution to H&V discourse over the last few years that it's fair to say he's carved out a niche.

Is it just me but I thought the Luke logo was some sort of long haired Yeti with a long tongue.

That Recon logo is shit. Looks like the logo from The A Team.

Good video on the you tube channel, he mentions the 87/88 kit a few times - I wonder if it's going to be a twist on that.

I hope not, the away kit was Ok but the home kit with stripes and pink I find an abomination.

It's got to be a v neck for me don't really like the round neck nor did Peter Withe if memory serves me correct he use to cut the round neck to make a v.

That's irrelevant. Recon will be on everything Aston Villa for some time to come.

From the official site:

"Fans have discussed the shade of claret featured on previous tops, as they referenced tones that range from pink to purple on message boards and social media.

This has been noted by club officials and we’ve moved to look into the issue, alongside Roper and Fanatics.

We believe, having already done some initial and detailed exploratory work, that the new kit will feature a darker shade – and one seen by our fanbase as a more genuine claret colour."
