That memory of serenading Wolves off the pitch will keep me warm on those lonely Tuesday evenings when we're drawing with Wigan.

You just watch Norwich lose again next week. We are fourth yet I don't know how because we have had far too many days like this this season. Long ball to Hogan DOES NOT WORK yet he sticks with it. Kodjia will play up front on Tuesday I am sure. We need Hutton back because Taylor is crap. Bjarnason looked ok, Grealish was ok in bits and bobs, Hourihane needs to be on the end of stuff because he's not a creator and Elmo had one of his poorer gamers. So frustrating and it's so Villa. Whelan and Jedi will both start Tuesday I bet you.

At least we will have more Derbies next year, which seems to be the most important thing to most villa fans born post 1992.

They have nothing else to get excited about. That they turn up at all is a credit to them, growing up watching Villa be an absolute shambles most of the time. Like me, I would imagine they're tired of hearing the endless droning on about the 70's and early 80's and just want to see their team win a few games.

If he starts with Hogan on Tuesday against Cardiff’s back four then I’ll know he’s lost the plot.

I’d like to say what a childish, pointless, foul mouthed rant this is. Except that it is a magnificently eloquent statement of the situation and a perfectly reasonable suggestion.

Could we be any worse off if we sacked him tonight I don't think so.

That was just pants. On paper Bruce has got possibly the best squad in the division, but 4 points in 5 games since thrashing Wolves, losing to the likes of QPR, Bolton and Norwich along the way, shows that he doesn't know how to set a team up to win. Inconsistence and caution are by-words for his tactics, and with that squad a decent manager should be storming this league. He'll be gone one way or another at the end of this season - if he can't beat the likes of lower half Championship teams he won't be offered the opportunity to further embarrass us at a higher level.

Norwich really do have a history of fucking up our chances of doing something.

So do Villa.

I think it has got to the point where the club need to work out what is best for Aston Villa.
